I met a girl live. I asked her if she's dating someone. she said no and I said if she's date someone and she said no because she's leaving to another country which sounded like an excuse. I then took her number. is it a good idea to ask her out when she had such excuse but still gave me her contact. what am I supposed to do)

No. If she’s telling the truth, she can’t date you right now, and if she’s lying, she really doesn’t want to date you. But keep in touch with her. She did give you her number, and odds are she’ll be back in a year or even a semester.
