How can I casually ask my manager crush out after work with coworkers around?

We have a big crush with a new manager (i m not working directly for him).
He s completely losing his mind with me lol. Like a crush in college.

only a few days after we met I noticed he tried to cross my path after leaving : he left 10mn before the official closing time with a colleague and when I left 10mn after.. I saw him coming to me alone and crossing my path being awkward screaming « byyye! » 😆🤣.

so I suspect he clearly waited for me to leave but was scared and moved away.. haha.

in a few days we have a closing together… not alone but it could be a way to get closer and find a way to have a drink or so.

The only problem is That we always are 4 or 5 to leave at the same Time normally.

The easiest thing to do is JUST ASK. As a guy I never had an issue with a girl asking me out or just suggesting she would like to go________ (fill in the blank).
Being shy (or whatever) is a waste of time.

If he’s getting closer then there’s really no need to think what to do. Just talk to him more. My advice would be to leave him alone. He’s a supervisor so he should do the same. But we all make our own decisions so if I’m going w it I’d just say talk to him if you already know he’s getting closer. Maybe grab him something to eat or make him something if you cook.
