Why did this cross-country dating interest suddenly go quiet on me?

So, me and this girl met on a dating app, like years ago. We messaged once in like 4-5 months or even a year later. Anyways, added her on insta, and she told me she was coming to london.

We met, late nights twice. She was here for business.

On the day she was about to fly out, i asked i need to meet you in person, we couldnt meet so I said it is what it is. But then she said 'awww, lets jump on a call then as i have people coming round'

I basically said I felt good around, and would like to move forward, she seemed ideal and being 35 i want to find someone soon and she said I dont know anything about you but we can get to know one another over time. I said cool

She texted loads after, even on her flight back she sent pictures etc. Made me a close instagram friend, so can see her private circle stories. She even said she is flying to chicago, we can meet up there. I said sure. But things got a little to late and she said maybe next time, she might be in chicago later that month also. I said yeah cool lets see when we can meet up next.

Anyways, she was recently like lets jump on a call this weekend? I said cool, she asked me to coordinate, so i messaged her Saturday she said she is running behind, how about tomorrow, I messaged her next day and she said yes after my friend leaves and basically that was it. No messages for 3 weeks, she went off to Chicago and probably just come back to texas.
