If you are attracted to her then why does it matter? If you aren't comfortable with her having masculine genitalia then bring it up before you get intimate. She might not want to do anything with it anyway or maybe she has already had surgery.

She's still a woman regardless if she's trans, so treat her like you would any other woman.

Asker: everything is new until you try it. You may not like it and thats ok. Just ask yourself this, if you like her and think there may be a chance at something, do you really want to give up that possibility without even trying? If you don't like it or end up uncomfortable then just talk to her and let her know where you are coming from. I am sure like any normal conversation, you two will work something out.
