There are a lot of challenges to date an autistic person. Depending on the spectrum of autism, whether he is on the first degree or third degree, that can make quite a difference.
The problem is not so much for the women dating a man with autism level 3 but rather whether this person with autism would be capable to be in a relationship, knowing that those afflicted with autism do not tend to seek the contact with others.
I am not dating, never have and don't plan to, so the question is rather superfluous but dating a person with autism makes it even more challenging than if that man was without that challenge.
So you're saying men like me are undateable.
Stop with the fucking autism questions, we are sick of it! 99.9% of the people on here do not have autism and we do not care about it and don't want to hear about it anymore. This is not an autism forum. Go somewhere else. I will tell you one thing, my experience with people talking about autism on here has made it so I will never, ever have anything to do with an autistic person, if I ever were to even meet one, as a friend or dating or anything. No!
Depends on how it manifests. A dude who can tell me every detail of like, every train ever made? Sure. A guy who can't control his emotions or understand basic shit? No.
Nooope nope. Their processing is too limited and they struggle with the subtext. I don't want a relationship where I have to bust my butt just to make them understand something simple.
It really depends. Just like it depends on a lot of factors when dating someone without autism. It isn’t a simple yes or no question.
I would date anyone who uses that as a crutch for his petty issues.
Only if it was mild autism.
Is that high function & hardly shows any traits?
Yes.
Every woman I've gone on date with was bother that I had it regardless & said I didn't do anything wrong.
Maybe don’t tell them you have it then.
I guess so. But I will have to admit that eventually, otherwise, I've just been fake towards her.
Possibly
