One of the biggest issues I have in dating:
I'm a laidback woman, I look and act laidback, and I'm attracted to people who seem to be as laidback. Most men (especially young men) grow up thinking men should never look even 1% vulnerable, and their toxic mindset leads them to look angry, tough and stoic constantly.
I don't find that attractive in the slightest, it pisses me off before the conversation even starts.
It doesn't matter how good-looking a man is; as soon as I see that ''I'm so tough and macho'' face, I think: ''No, dude, you're not attractive to me, that face just makes me want to punch you.''

If men don't want to be vulnerable with you, you are the common denominator. ㅤ
I used to be a lesbian. I found dealing with stoic masculine men in a relationship to be dating on easy mode. Im married with kids now.
Give you an example. With my ex girlfriends when I had a problem or we didn't to get something done sure they were all willing to have a conversation about it and empathise while my husband will just go and sort it straight away with barely a word said about it.
The men i dated were less manipulative, less violent, less controlling, less abusive, less spiteful.
Being stoic has little to nothing to do with being angry or tough or macho.
I don’t know what you mean by ”tough and macho” face or ”tough and stoic”.
I’m a straight man. I can’t answer your question
@Bianca_Italy I agree
