Polls: Dating

It has been at least a week since a rating question and I'd like to know how picky people are in what they'll settle for. A potential partner might have an abundance of a quality you want but less of another quality that would be nice. IRL that is the compromise - a balance of what you like. It is all relativistic to you.

You might be a crack hoe but still only consider getting off the street for a billionaire. I'm asking what you will settle for. Maybe the crack hoe would settle for a multi millionaire.

For example I like nice, slender girls. C cups would be kinda spectacular on a slender girl and a 10. I could be quite happy with B cups at an 8. A girl with A cups might be genuinely nice and family oriented so I might rate her up as an 8 also instead of a 6/7.

In practice I'd settle for a 6 or a 7; but probably not lower than that. I might doom myself to singledom forever if I am a 5 but like the crack hoe not be willing to settle for less.

Would you date a guy who’s been the victim of domestic violence and is trying to turn his life around but he has PTSD. His PTSD is very minor and only arises in certain situations.
He is on the path to becoming more able bodied but it is taking time

He has a kind heart and knows how to support the one he loves through anything and he will be by your side despite his difficulties. He is not toxic or controlling at all

he's not wealthy but he isn’t broke either

So she stopped talking to me on Hinge after saying yes to a second date and I suggested some times.

So 4 days later on WhatsApp I sent her “Hey (name), it’s (name) from Hinge. 🙂 Realised the last 2 digits of your number were the wrong way around. That’s why it didn’t send before. 😂”

She replied “ loool oh god were they? how much wine did I have? Well done for figuring it out.”

my reply was “Are you sure you’re not an alcoholic? 😂 Tbf, I lost count after the gin - apparently it’s a big thing at markets this year. 😂. Are you still keen on doing it again? 😂 I can do Saturday or Wednesday.”

I had repeated topics with a close friend of mine and one topic we can't go without are women. According to him girls are literally brought up to believe, that their proactivity in dating = bad. And that passiveness is the way to go. However the recruiter girls, who look for candidates for their companies or clients are doing their jobs and are getting paid to be proactive in the job market and headhunting the applicants. I raised a point like "it would be dope if girls would be like that in dating too".

It got me thinking. Since the girls generally don't do anything in dating and finding boyfriends, is it true, that they were brought up to not be proactive in dating? Or is it (like it is in my case), that they were simply never taught how to do that and navigate through dating and finding partners?

I think now it’s 2023 the woman now have to ask the men out cause the guys won’t call women creepy at all.

Like I get being ghosted before a first date or even after a date but I find it weird for her to say she enjoyed first date and yes to a second date then ghost.
