I'm surprised there isn't one already, with the devices available today is easier for them those with are blind to navigate sites and I always believed that the beauty we see in people their facial appearance is a reflection of their hearts, and I guess those with vision impairments by talking with someone come to same conclusion their other senses are more focused highten to compensate for loss of in this case their sight, their hearing evolves more tuned into a person's voice can hear sense what those who are not blind can't when talking to someone, the minute change , pitch in their voice, can detect when someone is being honest or deceptive, anyway I'm really surprised there isn't an app or there is and it's known for good reasons only in their circle

Good idea in theory but hard to implement.

Because we all know some down bad dudes will pretend to be blind to get some action from a blind chick since she can't see how ugly they are.

It would work if on sign-up new members are required to submit legal documentation to prove the handicap, maybe then the userbase can be controlled a little. (But it won't get as much traffic as the regular dating apps and so will it be a profitable business model? Dunno)

It sounds fine in theory but that would really be just a shameless cash grab pandering to a very niche community of people. It would probably be better just to make audio-only versions of dating apps that already exist.

I don't see it as a bad thing to cater to blind people in terms of making an app for them. But realistically, apps would be difficult for them to navigate unless phones become fully able to be navigated by voice commands.

Yes, but not in the form you may have expected when you asked the question.
A dating app for the blind dating the blind is not a good idea, a spinoff app from a regular dating site that is optimized for blind people however would be a great idea. Then their dates see them as normal with of course a description they are blind, while their version of the app relies more on descriptions, audio and automatically generated descriptions of the pictures.
