Polls: Dating

Assume Girl A & B are twins. They are both stunningly beautiful, not stupid, not bitchy, charming, flirty, fun, etc. They have both dated and had sex with one guy, and they were both madly in love, but now they're both over it. Now . . .

Girl A has since coped by not placing much weight on sex. She waited 3 months before having sex in an attempt to weed out guys who just wanted to get in her pants, but she saw how badly that failed. Now, if she's just not interested in a guy, she stops talking to him, and if he doesn't get the point, she spells it out clearly for him. Yet, if she's really interested in and attracted to a guy, she's not afraid to take things sexual if he feels ready and comfortable enough to go there too.

Girl B coped a little differently. After her ex broke her heart, and she got hurt, she realized that 3 months before sex is way too soon. Instead, she now has a firm one year rule. No sex until one year of dating. Even after one year has passed, unless she's convinced that the guy genuinely loves her, cares about her, want to eventually marry her, and would make a great husband and father, she won't feel comfortable or ready to have sex. Plus, sex has to be very special. She's always had a fantasy to have sex for the first time when its freshly snowing. The first snow to hit the ground would be symbolic of their first time being intimate, and it would be a moment they would both remember.

My question is two-fold, because I've been reading and hearing a lot lately from men:

1. Given the choice to start a relationship with both (as in, not just for the sex, but because you would want to be with the girl long-term, not necessarily till death do you part, but not some quick summer fling thing), which one would you prefer?

2. If you prefer one girl over the other (i.e., Girl A over Girl B, or Girl B over Girl A), is the girl you didn't pick pretty much out of the picture because you see her so negatively so as to render her undatable? (i.e., not worth the time or energy to deal with the issues she has with sex, or no way I would ever date someone who was so easy or would have sex so soon).

If a guy asks a girl out via text and she replies + 24 hours late, should she apologize?

Examples:

A. "Sorry for the late text, I had to do this (etc.). Saturday works!"

B. "Sorry for the late text. Saturday works!"

C. "Saturday works, where should we meet?"

It's a question I see a lot on here. Guys and girls arguing about this. So, poll time to answer this question.

For me, personality is important. I cannot be with you if you are a douche, simple as. However, I cannot be with you if I am not attracted to you. There has to be a balance.

So, basically, what I'm saying is you don't have to be the next model for Mens Fitness, far from it, but I have to love your look and your personality for it to be a chance.

Who agrees/disagrees? Let's settle the argument.

Wait, I'm still a high school freshman but I'm studying in all girls school so it's quite difficult for me to get a boyfriend or even get my kiss. But I don't wanna wait till college, it's too long for me and I'm impatient! So there's a guy I like, but he's gone abroad for studying but we rarely talked, it's just stares and awkward moments.

I'm thinking is when he come back for holiday, should I grab him and kiss him by the lips then I'll confess! If he accepts, I'll get my first boyfriend and kisses following and even ïf he don't, I'll still get my first kiss from a hot guy I like.

Great plan, isn't it? Ah, and don't forget to answer my question.

We met online, and met in person. We had a lot of fun, and the next date he cooked me dinner and he put on a movie for us.

He was cuddling with me, kissing me. It was nice. Especially since my previous ex cheated on me... but for the first time in 6 months I feel like I can breath and be happy. Potentially even with the new guy. (known each other for about a week, although I trust him because of our vast amount of mutual friends) he is a busy guy though. could that just be what's up? I just have never really had a guy not text me, or initiate conversation... Should I wait next time for him to...?

But he doesn't really text... I mean he does, but doesn't I can't explain it. Can any of you guys take my poll?

I love my boyfriend very much and we broke up for 5 days anyway the day we broke up his ex girlfriend called him for a ride and he went to her house and had sex with her.He told me a month after we made up.I feel stupid and I can't seem to get over it I don't know what to do he didn't cheta but I feel he showed no respect for me by having sex with her just hours after we broke up.She is friends with some of his friends while most of his friends hate her.Is this something to forgive or do you think I should just walk away from it.I love him so much but when I look at him now that's all I think about is him having sex with her.

I had a lovely first date that ended with a kiss by the railroad and deep lingering looks. I tell the guy that I had a nice time and he says, "Yes. Let's keep in touch and do it again sometime."

To me, "keep in touch" is sort of a kiss-off, though. What do you think, guys and gals?

I've been dating this guy who I knew from high school for a couple weeks. Just casual nothing serious but all my friends say when we hang out we act like a couple he's always holding me and we kiss when we greet each other and he introduces me to his friends.

I slept over his place on Friday night and we had fun and Saturday morning we had fun just chatting and stuff and he said lets get brunch don't leave yet, but I had to go meet a friend and wanted to shower and stuff

Normally he texts me every day but now I haven't heard from him for 3 days and I don't know what's going on. Nothing has changed as far as I know. I texted him Saturday night asking what he was doing and he responded asking where I was going and when we were gonna hang and stuff but now I haven't heard from him since then and he normally texts me a lot so now I'm concerned.

Should I text him first or wait till he comes to me? I hate games but I know guys like to play them and my friends keep telling me to wait till he texts me because I need to make him think that I don't miss him. Not sure if that is the best advice.

Help!

A co-worker texted me to say "have a nice trip" --- since I was going on vacation. The conversation carried on for about 6 hours (on and off of course) well into his work shift but he continued to talk to me

About 50 texts were exchanged. I like this guy so I made sure to continue the convo.

Do you think the same was true for him? He kept texting because he likes me?

The conversation was mostly joking with one another, playful banter.

At one point, I said "I will tell you but only because I like you" and he texted back in like 3 seconds "sure you do" I responded with "Do I lie?" and he said "Do you lie?"

Is he just trying to figure me out and see if I like him for real?
