The Most Unique Post-Secondary Schools in the World (Day 4)-Berry College

Location: Rome, Georgia(United States of America)

Type of School: Private Liberal Arts College

What makes Berry College so unique?

While it's far from the most populated post-secondary school in the world, it's the largest post-secondary school via landmass, with over 27,000 acres of land.

Berry College is situated near the city of Rome, Georgia(not Italy, or the country of Georgia,-in the United States of America) in northwestern Georgia, 59 miles (95 km) northwest of Atlanta, Georgia and 53 miles (85 km) south of Chattanooga, Tennessee.

The Berry Campus includes fields, forests, and the Lavender Mountain - making it the largest contiguous college campus in the world. Designated portions are open to the public for hiking, cycling, horseback riding, and other outdoor activities. The campus is also home to a large population of deer (estimates range between 1,500 and 2,500.

Biggest Challenge?-Entertainment options. The campus is so rural, vast, and open, it makes it difficult for students to navigate, and find "fun" things to do. On top of this, there isn't a main strip uptown, or any interesting hot spots in Rome, Georgia.
