I don't know, maybe they are quiet, friendly, sometimes wear glasses maybe contacts, but not always.

Knows how to type or keyboard, able to multitask working on a computer and taking calls at the same time.

Well those are possible stereotypes I could think of. I kept this gender neutral in case you did not notice.

I am also assuming what you meant are Secretaries that are like office workers or receptionists rather than government officials such as Secretary of Defense, Secretary of The Treasury, Secretary of Transportation, or Secretary of State, and various other different departments that they all have a Secretary that's in charge of.
