Hey boss lady is a independent confident woman that has been through hell and she's tired of being taken down that path so she placed the straight to become herself and in the beginning she doesn't care what it takes but she's going to take control of her own life doing so there are guys did watch her do this to become loyal to her because they don't want to see her hurt the more confidence and she builds in the more independent that she becomes in the more money that she makes and the more respected she gets she becomes a boss lady did she become smarter and wiser stronger mentally physically and she learns how to control herself and whatever else she has going on in her life to be honest with you all women are boss ladies some of them just go about it the wrong way once they start acting like a boss lady that's what it goes downhill true to themselves demand respect they become pretty cool people do you like to be around

There's no such thing as a Boss Lady, there are ladies that are bosses, IE, they run a company/a sector of a company, there's also people who are Boss, IE, people that impress through achievements, and people who are bossy, IE, try to boss around everyone.
Boss doesn't carry a gender and does not need a gender/sex descriptor with it.
