This is hard to say as most research now (which has been peer reviewed and published) say that there are many diseases connected to HIV. I do accept that most of the treatment for HIV can be really horrifying.

You also have to remember which year this was taken and it looks like it's an old video and i have lots of respect for this man as he is very convincing and he does say lots of good arguments.

But to answer the question if he is lying or not then i am not really 100% sure of anything.
