Hi, so I was talking to my friend whom I have feelings for and who has feelings for me on the phone and he said to me "late night text?" He also said that he could heary notifications on my phone And I told him that I was just charging my phone. But I don't think he believed me because he said to me after I told him that "it's okay if it is" And so I told him no one calls or texts my phone. Why would he ask me if I received a text?

He's curious if another guy might be calling you. That's what I used to think right away when my boyfriends phone would ring while we were on the phone.

Ask him why he asked I don’t know. I have more of a issue with people who feel entitled to text late at night (without permission) in cases that’s not a emergency. That’s one thing that’s a pet peeve and will get me to cut someone out of my life if someone cannot even have common decency.

When something can wait until in the morning that’s not a emergency or even urgent that says he doesn’t respect your time.
