Hmmm interesting question.
When it comes to the term selfless... if the person can feel good by helping others. Is that too considered a selfish act? As its also partially self rewarding? Not sure.
But... I think it would be people who work jobs that put their own lives at risk to help others could br considered very selfless. Like firefighters for example. :)

Teachers. That's always my No.1 pic for selfless jobs. Teachers, compared to other jobs, don't get paid nearly enough, since without teachers, you can't get any other job out there.
I think in the UK it is lifeboat crews. They are all volunteers and are one of the only charities in UK to risk their lives, in the worst conditions, to save others. I do not think they get paid much, if anything.

Charity work is the most obvious answer. But if you actually want a job where you can directly help people a doctor or a nurse would be a good choice too.
I never had a selfless paid job - I suppose working around the house or helping others out on my own time would be the nearest things
