I would if I could guarantee that I wouldn't know any of the people in it. But I go to a pretty small school, and the people who've done it for the art classes here say it makes things incredibly awkward. Everyone knows everyone here. It's big enough that you don't know everyone's names or stories, but small enough that you know and remember all of the faces. If there's someone on campus who isn't a student here, we all know. So I wouldn't do it here.

If you agree to do nudity, even at a big school (and you go to that school), there's still a chance that there will be someone you know in a class, especially if you do it regularly. Of course, you do like me, and take a role in a theater production that requires bare breasts for a brief period of time. . . that was essentially a guarantee that people I know would be seeing (and they did).

I did fir a local art class when I was in my late 30s to eran a bit of extra money
I did 6 months or so in the next town
It was liberating and gave me some confidence back after having kids
I posed in implied nudes and topless to completely showing everything

I think my body is past its prime. I wish I did it when I was a very fit 20 y/o. Still in better shape than most guys so not an entirely an issue.
I would not want to run into someone that sketched me if I was with a friend or family member. That could be really awkward.
Life is about overcoming your fears (within limits) and this is one of my fears so it would be nice to cross if off the list.
Being a guy presents its own set of challenges though as a certain gust of wind can get an erection going. This last reason is probably why I wouldn't do it. A 1 on 1 with a sketch artist probably would be better so one could excuse oneself if needed.

How about at a senior citizens art class. Last week, while volunteering at an assisted living home for senior citizens, I accidentally interrupted their art class.
So as I was taking down Christmas decorations and putting up Valentine's day decorations, a woman said to me " I'd rather paint you, than a bowl fruit.
I never heard such loud whistles when i took my shirt off and held a bowl of fruit.

When I was in college I needed some extra money so I did pose for a class. At first it was kinda awkward but you get used to it pretty quickly. I didn't get paid a lot for it but I did go on a few dates with one of the girls from that class. So I guess it all worked out.
