What are my chances of getting into uic Chicago with a 2.8 GPA?

I would apply to the liberal arts college as an undeclared (with a goal of economics) I am transferring from a four-year uni. Anyone know my chances?

if you're talking about University of Chicago, it would be impossible with 2.8 unless you had done something else like win a Grammy Award or something

It depends on your race. If you're black or something you're probly guarantee to get in but if you're white or Asian you're not getting in.

Yes schools have race quotas. Many have been sued about it before they just don't care they consider it the right thing to do to allow certain races ineasier
