What career advice would you give to your younger self?

I'd give myself a memory stick and a pay & go phone first. Then my advice would go like this:
"This memory stick contains the American sex offender registry. The phone is preloaded with the phone numbers of the Chinese, North Korean, Cuban and Vietnamese embassies. Get selling."
I would then hand myself an envelope. The advice continues:
"This envelope contains the details for high interest bank accounts in the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, and a feeder account. Interest is paid into your main account. Deposit the proceeds in the feeder accounts. They will then be transferred to the other accounts. You'll never need to work a day in your life."
Simples...
Keep buying stock in Apple --- then you won't need a career.
"You are smart enough to choose science."
Thank you for MHO. 😊

I would say get a higher degree sooner, since it makes for better pay. I cannot really say I regret how I have worked or turned out, but it would have been nice to be making more money the whole time and also to have more employment options when job searching.
I worked for over 10 years as a firefighter, but I was paid the lower wages. If I had a degree, I could have made more money in the same time. But I had an amazing experience, and that is just as important or maybe even more so than the money. It is good to have more money, but it is also very important to enjoy your experience of life, which I have.
To my younger self, I would work on more constructive communication with those higher up. There was a tendency back then to "just keep your mouth shut because they aren't going to listen to you anyway". I kept my mouth shut about too many things that were wrong with the way things were going at work.
I agree. Sometimes you have to stand up and speak the truth. Ignoring problems won't make them vanish.
Not much, really. I know an MBA is for me.
I however wish I knew some places when I was like 19 years old, where I can give erotic massages to fugly and old grannies and finance my expensive bachelors tuition fee like that. I'd be making more money now and would have my bachelors degree at 23 in a better university instead of 25 in a "no big name" university.
Start working during your college summers to build experience. Dont work during school but also dont wait til after you graduate college. Also, major in something you actually like.
Explore everything, and understand everything, I know people seem to always talk about law, medicine, accounting and maybe engineering, but explore your options fully, you're so smart, and don't need to do something because thats the path that everyone thinks is great, science is great, but maybe its not for you, medicine is great but maybe its not for you. Explore your options, take some risks, but always ensure that you research and don't blindly follow or take risks.
Keep an eye open for business opportunities, read the news regarding businesses and economics. School textbooks won't get me anywhere.

I would have completed school, I could've had a 4 year degree by now with the time that passed so fast. I'm in a trade I love but it is hard work and I'm forever learning...
Study longer at college to get higher qualications in 2 areas, this would then give me a higher paid job and if one area failed I could go with the other one.
Date faster and go to work faster to get job experience
Never listen to the naysayers. Major in something you actually enjoy to some extent. Grow your network, reach out to people, attend career fairs, knock on every door.
Get good grades. Don't always take hard classes. Take less classes and focus on good grades more.
Money isn't as important as you think it is. You gonna lose it all one day anyways.
Don't force things.
Don’t set your heart on one path. Try a ton of jobs and serve in a ton of places and see what thrills you! Do that!
Go for the fucking auditions you fool.
Stop being innocent, lazy and childish you'll regret it.
Make your mind up early what you want to do and plan accordingly.
Quit chasing tail and getting high and worry about your future. Time flies crazy fast
Suck more dick to get higher up in a homosexual oriented buisness.
Make all the same mistakes that I did, because this is how I got to be right now and I don't want to change
