The short answer here is yes. Most companies hire their employees as “at will” employees, meaning that either you or them could terminate employment at any time and for any reason. If the pictures were to get out and reflect poorly on you or the company, that could be grounds for termination.

I know that most airlines will terminate people who have nudes online. It is part of the contract they sign before getting hired.
