"Hej"=Hi
"Hejsan"=Hello
"Tja, tjenare, tjenixen"=variants of sort of going "yo", that's closest anyway.
"Läget, hur är läget"=Wazzup
"Hälsningar"=Greetings

Ours 🇺🇸 would be "Hi!" More formally " Hello." We also say "Hey!" "Whazzup!" & many other things.

''Hi'' and ''Hello'', borrowed from English, is used in such cases.
