Seize the opportunity, go into the unknown, or be cautious and step back?

So as I've mentioned there is a client w/ a very large decubitous ulcer (wound) that requires a wound vac. It's been a while since I've worked with this type of wound but I still have a know the skill. There are particular days this new client gets wound treatment. Should I sign up in advance for January now for those days to further my skills/ experience or should I just be cautious and not jump the gun to plan in advance?

Sign up in advance for those days you want in January. Take full advantage of the opportunity

Ugh, so I find out the hours aren't flexible. It's literally an all day shift 9a-9p. Would you guys still do it?
