Do you take risks and land in dangerous situations or play it safe always?

Which one do you think is right and why. I for example get into dangerous situations mostly and it happens subconsciously. My practical mind doesn't want it, but maybe deep inside I crave being in danger and then overcoming it. What about you?

Recently, the worst thing I've done was swam in a river for the first time. I did however almost drown because I've never felt a current 😂🤣. Swam in it again today and it was much easier.

I want to go do more things. Travel rainforests. Go to Antártica. Etc

I’m a very calculated risk taker, with a safety net 😛
I don’t put myself in dangerous situations, but I’m happy to take risks in things where I’ve carefully considered all of the positive options and can live with even the worst outcome should that occur.

I had help inside because I was in a particular (rich people prison) area, and every guard and the warden knew and opened the doors for me. It was fun. All paperwork gone, nothing happens. Usually I'd be a police station then embassy would talk to them. I was there three days. They told me I had to wait up to 1 month for investigation.

A lot of other complications and wrong timing placed me there. Had help from a guy in there who was an inmate who had "influence".
A lot of it came from him. Plus it was unlucky to get caught like that. Wrong place, wrong time.

I can barely call it an escape lol.
It was within a year of high school graduation, so I wasn't too street smart back then.

Lol, the crime I committed there isn't a crime here or some other western countries where you'd go to prison. I was just unfamiliar with foreign laws at the time. Now if you put me back there, I'd be able to talk my way out on the night lol.

If you ever get arrested;
1. Your right to remain silence holds there for foreigners. I think other countries too. Don't start drunk trash talking because you thought you were untouchable. Not saying anything is better lol :(

Wow turned this into some weird confession. You crave being in danger... metoo.. I don't realize the danger until afterwards. "Activities" i don't feel much anymore, because i know it's controlled. But stuff that happens randomly, out of the blue is "exciting". :(

It just sounds like you're not challenging yourself and allowing your brain to play out scenarios. You should take a risk! At the very least it'll give your mind a break..

One time I took a risk of staying in a bad place and ended up having an accident ( from which Im still recovering) so it doesn't work out if I deliberately take a risk.

I am always living on the edge also so impulsive which also has gotten me into trouble but if you don't take risks and live dangerously all before your time then you didn't really live a life at all

Play it safe now. I used to do all sorts of things drink drive all the time, walk around all times night, drugs. Get into dodgy situations on the water. But life is too valuable for those stupid things now.
