Ok it all started when i was working at a big gas station getting paid $13/hour as a cashier at 18 years old college student. This man came in and gave me his card asking if i was good with computers because he needed employees. I asked how much does he pay he said $16-$20 hour. Anyway I started working at his company which is a financial institution he is about 67 years old. He told me I needed to learn before he could raise my wage im getting paid 12.50 hour working 40 hours a week, closing at 8 pm with him. I’ve been working there for 4 months now. He thinks im st*pid he said i would have to work 50 hours 6 days a week to get $500 a week. Anyway he is always telling me that he sees me like his daughter and I believed it. But everyone was telling me he was looking at my body the whole time and once he gave me a ride home and he was trying to hold hands, he also told me the other woman that works there is not his type (she’s 43 y’o) i saw him looking at my boobs I feel so uncomfortable when he’s near me which is most of the time. He complains about every single thing i do example: the way i hold the money, the way i write number, the way I speak, etc… is just getting really stressing. Yesterday I worked 9.5 hours and I was exhausted at the end of the day when I did the check out the number came out wrong and he blamed it on the fact that I have a boyfriend which is destracting and told he could suspend me from the company. He said there can never be a mistake. Im just really tired, i have bills to pay, he also asked if me and my boyfriend got nak*d and did things. I don’t have any proofs. But I wish i could press charges for him for making me feel so uncomfortable at work. No one else sees him that way but is because he pretends to not be the p*ervet that he is. What should I do?
have you learning any decent skills in your 4 months at this place that you could use to find a different job? that would be ideal, so that you can turn this overall negative experience into a positive outcome.

Wow, this sounds really bad. You should report him to the EEOC or get a lawyer. This guy sounds nasty. Are you able to go back to the other job? Maybe it would be better to have steady pay and less headaches.
