It’s a Indian man from Nepal and I have no idea what he’s saying. I feel frustrated and angry after class because I feel like I’m wasting my time. He lets the students talk and over share their opinions because I think he really has no idea what he’s talking about because he doesn’t speak English well enough. Should I drop this class? How did he get hired? How do I complain about this? I love seeing minorities in education, as opposed to white people all the time. It’s like they couldn’t find a well spoken Indian man?
Superb Opinion
Yea, I my first Pre Calculus professor was Japanese and had a horrendous accent. To make it worse. He was a soft talker and mumbled. I just couldn't understand a word he said. I ended up failing that class. The first time I got anything other than an A in math in college.
Took it again with another professor. Got an A and continued through Calculus I and II without any issues. Didn't need to go any higher than that.
Anyways, if you just can't understand him and it's affecting your ability to pass. I'd drop the class. As it'll just be endlessly frustrating all semester.
