Is it logical?, have you done it?
Yes actually very recently. I was working in a print factory with some utter scum bag bullies. I was the youngest at work by a lot and the woman who was suppose to train me refused because she said I wasn't taking it in quick enough and I ask to many people about themselves and I still live with my family at 23 (I've actually moved out since) these were all the reasons she hated me.
She'd shout in my face, try and make me out to be a bad person when I hadn't done anything. When I'm cusion was on his death bed she thought it be funny to tell me the wrong time to come into work and stand by the door and wait for me to come in and shout at me in front of my manager she was so stupid how did she think that wouldn't make her look guilty. She formed a little gang. One was a total suck up who kissed her arse and was so two faced, this women actually physically pushed me on more one occasion and it was caught CCTV but HR said it wasn't aggressive enough.
The other woman was a total Karen her name was actually Karen and she'd watch my every move and pretend to be my friend and she thought she was the manger or something. They actually went to my manager and said I smelt bad too just to get under my skin that's how sad they were.
They'd always blame me stuff too and would do no work and then as soon as I took a second to say hello to someone they'd be in the mangers office complaining about me.
There was two other women on the other shift too who were total nuts too but I didn't have to deal with them much but they bullied a lovely polish women out of her job too just because she was polish. I actually made a few friends for life out of that place but it was more because the decent people had to stick together because we were out numbered by terrible human beings if you can even call them that.
HR did nothing after I gave the a tone of evidence of bullying and we even had a intervention with my bullies and the ring leader completely exposed her ture colours and it hasn't been the first time complaints have been made about these members of staff either.
I actually handed my notice in the same day the polish lady did and the company thought nothing shameful towards themselves having two members off staff leave due to bullying.
I started my new job six months ago and it isn't prefect but I'm so much more happier and I even have a interview for a promotion at a trainer next week after I was bullied by the last women who was meant to have trained me and I've made sure my old work friends keep her informed on my success at my new work place just to rub it in
Actually studies have proven that money is not the biggest determiner of whether someone stays at a job, it’s relationships with managers or coworkers that determines whether someone chooses to stay.
I used to work for a company that used to pay an extra ten percent for a night differential. Every time I would work nights they always "forgot" to add in the night differential. The boss was a real wise guy that was always trying to rip off the technicians. Finally I told him that if it happened again I would quit. Naturally the next Friday he did it again so I went in his office and told him I quit. He was all apologies and tried to get me to stay but once I make up my mind, that is pretty much it.
Yes. Most people quit because of dissatisfaction with their management.

Yes. It was when I realized, my work don't mean shi to the boss. Ready to read a little? Good, get you some water and chips.
First time- Good paying delivery company. Drove me to bump someone else's truck and thought it was no big deal. It was a big deal and they fired me. But honestly, i think of it as god's way of taking me by the hand to something better. People there made us drive vans that were beaten up, no a/c, no horn, and made us use your own gas money. Said they "reimburse" us. (: ... God, i hope the company dies soon. And god help anyone who gets hired there. (Name: LSO. Because fk them.)
Second time: I told my boss i have an allergy to mosquitos and need my mask to keep them outta my face. they didn't give a shi, said to get rid of it. So i have a list of why these people (security) was god awful but the breaking point was when my boss failed to tell me that I needed to work on my week off because they were short. She claimed everyone is working, idgaf, I was back at home. She threatened to write me up if I didn't come, all right, bet. So i didn't, told my higher boss, and she stfu. No apology, just dropped it. Paid $12.00 an hour on a weekly basis. But they put me through a lotta shi and came apparent, they dgaf. So I in return, idgaf and did my last shift and professionally said "fk y'all".
Lucky you. (: they had a truck that they forget to fill up on gas and job was out in the lands of animals. But it was a plant. My boss said he would have to write me up if he found me with my knife again. I asked him how tf am i supposed to protect myself against a wolf or something.
Use the chair we sit in sometimes. (: Or your fists.
Yes! It is logical. If i am not feeling well at work! I can't give my best and be eager to do more. I did quit my job, twice. It was the right thing to do to fight back assholes and even won a case in court
I quit my first job because the coworkers didn't want to help so we constantly had to stay til 11p until i did their work for them. When i quit this second job, it’ll be because employees are far from professional and the clients are rude af
I’m looking to quit now. Just need to find another job. The boss I have now gives off the “alpha narcissist” vibe.
Nope. Ben
I quit my recent job cause I was doing the work of a manager, accountant, cook & repairman all together but being paid as a entry level worker. Plus, poor management & lazy workers
Where I work now the pay and benefits are fantastic, but it’s a snake pit of back stabbing drama queens, so I’m considering moving on.
The funny thing is everyone agrees about this yet no one tries to be less crappy of a person.
It was a commission based job so the pay was unstable. But I quit mainly due to mangers and higher ups making mistakes that cost me clients therefor money.
Absolutely. Work relationships and my own happiness matter much more to me than how much I’m making.
I quit a very good paying job mainly because of a narcissistic coworker that I had finally had enough of.
Yes i have when i was younger i have a career now & after watching the office it just proved weird managers are common
I job hop all of the time because of shitty bosses.
That's what makes you quit eventually
