Are you having a hard time finding a job with a bachelors degree?

A degree isn't an automatic ticket to a great job. It just is helpful to get your foot in the door. My son was hired by his present employer when he was a freshman in college. They sought him out, not vice versa. He is now the go-to person, and he's sought out for his perspective and help by people in and out of his industry.
Find a way to get noticed. Internships or volunteer work can draw attention to your abilities. I can't even count the job offers I got as a result of volunteering. Let people see you in action. If there's an association to support your field, join it, and take on a responsible role. What are the chances of someone knocking on your door, out of the blue, and offering you a great opportunity?
There are many jobs that require a college degree, though the employer often doesn't even care what the degree is in. All they care about is knowing you are capable of taking on a project that requires significant time and effort and following it through to completion. They don't want to waste their time and money training you if you're quick to jump ship when the going gets rough.
Wow makes a lot of sense. Thank you so much
