Why it's hard to get a job after doing bachelor's degree?

I'm not a Dean student, but I am upper second class.. it has been a year I graduated.. I still didn't get a decent job. I applied everywhere but I got no response, even I had a few interviews only...

I feel intimidated to see other students got a decent got ajob, they are engineer, doctor, but me from economic student... no one hiring me.

what do I do?

There are less positions, plus if you didn't do research of job demand for things that require your degree you may have just picked one that sucks.

It might takes time.. but if u have employees links from other company it makes it easier

Get a masters degree. That would be more helpful and open more opportunities

nope. that's meaningless. a friend of mine doing post grad after master. he got no choice to continue his studies. because master degree is useless. however, im not European, so no free studies

I don't see a point. Masters degree is always helpful. If you have an MS in Economics or business analysis. That would actually help you because you already have a base in economics

It will take some time, dont worry. Try applying jobs through LinkedIn and making contacts there

I ask because you said you applied everywhere which obviously you didn’t. There’s a lot of jobs out there, many people just don’t want them because they feel it’s below them or they don’t want to work hard. What I’m saying is take what you can get for now till you get to where you want to be. Sometimes that’s what you have to do.

why only me had to take lowest minimum salary in shitty job? why other people got it easy?

Everyone pretty much started out the same. A few exceptions yes to people who got jobs right away making a lot of money but that isn’t the case for everyone. Do what you need to do right now to get by, eventually you’ll find something better. Trust me everyone doesn’t have it easy. Some people just make it look easy because they don’t show it or talk about their struggles. You don’t see what goes on behind the curtain.
