What to do when someone laughs at my stutter or speech impediment?

I think it's beautiful to be unique and have that. I have stammering moments and I have learned to move on and giggle it off or forget it.
It s ok to be funny even unintentionally. Laugh it off to yourself.
Try and find things that you can say that minimize your stuttering.
Like I’ve tried to meditate, drink less pop/soda, listen to calm music, talk slower.. but those work somewhat but I still stutter and really the stuttering mainly occurs at “hey how’s your day going “ then after that I don’t really speak too much. I’m trying to find ways like reading more and exercise. Do you have any other tips or idea that could help me?
I did try speech therapy but it helped somewhat. I mostly stutter around my parents and other older people in my family. My little brother and sisters and cousins not too much stuttering around them. It’s weird though, with friends I barely stutter
