Does "o sen olsan bari" mean "if it were you, at least " OR does it mean "I wish it were you" ? ... Or both 🤔

Also, IF it's the second or third meaning then how the hell do you distinguish between a statement and a wish? And what about """bari""" ?

Second option is much more close to the meaning in this song.

İf it was "Keşke o sen olsaydın" than the first one would be more accurate.
