Should we get back together?

It’s exam week and my ex and I are taking the same exam. I came in 10 minutes late for my exam today and once I walked through the door he was looking at me ( like a 4-second glance). I was looking at him too. Then during the break, we ironically had to go to the bathroom at the same time. We both got to the door at the same time; he was hesitant to hold the door for me but he did. I told him thank you and he send you’re welcome. When the lady ask us to face her he looked at me first then I looked at him. When we were leaving I forgot my keys and I went back and he was staring at me coming back inside to get my keys. I wanna get back together with him 😩
