Will we get back together or not? Any opinions?

Me and my girl recently broke up because we both have an important upcoming entrance exam coming , well it was only half of the reason to break up ( we both are really attached to each other and decided to be friends) we realised that as friends we were way different than some couple in a relationship (would not joke or just text randomly each other like we did when we were friends) bcz we both were anxious and insecure even though we love eachother (we were bffs for a year before dsting) we dated for 11 months and recently broke up and realised thst we both were different than the people we fell for innthe relationship , we laughed it off and at a point she said that she missed this a lot and well i did to the vibe we had as bffs made us fall for each other , our exam is in 4 months and we both know that we won't date anyone till then we still are bffs and talk a lot and prolly will till the exams , probably after it too , we still share stuff with eachother when we arw down and its a genuine friendship we even joked that if we ever date again we will actually be friends and not let our insecurites change us , we both know as each day passes we move on a bit but if we continue to talk like this we both kinda know we might end up together again eventually or am i just ovetthinking shit (we both still have strong feelings for each other even though she said she lost a little amout of them bcx i said some stuff during a fight). What do you think will happen to us? Any advice or opinion
