Me and my ex broke up 4 years ago due to the fact that he was going to study abroad and we wanted to end it in good terms. So it was like an imperative decision for us. After breaking up we never talked in a romantic way but we never let our communication to fade away. We always talk on our birthdays, Christmas time and even when i post my mother's birthday he replies and wishes her a great birthday which makes me happy. I never met someone like him, trust me he is like one of a kind. That's why after all these years i still want him in my life. Now he has someone in his life and i do too which makes everything close to impossible. However one of my closest friends started going to the same college as him and i introduced them to each other. After they became close my ex added me to his close friends list after four years and add me on another other platform except for instagram in the same week. On instagram and normal platforms we were already added on each other since forever. Then he communicated with me about a story i posted also in the same week. Maybe he wanted to get in touch with me again because he also always tells my friend that i was a very special person to him that effected his life in a good way and that he always remembers me in a good way.

Perfect chance to see if he is a boy or a man... I assume you are 23-25 ? Remember, what he does for you he will do to you !!! So if he gets "too much" with you while with another then he will do that to you too. If he is Smart... he is doing exactly what I suggested as he evaluates you !!!

Thank you but i didn't understand what you mean in the last sentence also do you think he still tries to keep in touch with me, also im aware of the fact that he could also do these things to me. But they are so close with her girlfriend maybe i dont have a chance and i would never want to separate them or disprespect her dont get me wrong

I know that too much will freak her, therefore, him out. Just having you on there is going to get him treated like it is the first 6 months. ;-)

What do you mean by have someone in your lives? If you mean a significant other then unless you both break up then the answer is no.

If you're both single and you want to make the approach to get back together and you are on good terms... Then I don't see anything wrong with that. But you might want to take things slow and ease back into the dating phase
