See this is going to be pretty uniform. To most people success in your career is when you no longer need to have one, that doesn't mean doing nothing but doing what you do entirely because you want to.

Typically having a business is a much more likely way to reach that state and so most of us will answer that.

But we do jobs for our whole life and still have nothing in our pockets when we grow old
