When i work in jobs where people give tips to me like $1, i feel like that job and thing is insulting, i am just a poor worker. I came to this world to be a slave.

Not really. My job as a budtender technically isn't allowed to get tips, but we have a sneaky box where we stash change custies leave for us.
We have one older man who has emailed our corporate HQ multiple times demanding he be able to tip us. He aggressively leaves the extra cash and refuses to take it when we give him change, lol!
We use the tips to buy food for the store or help other custies top up what they have to pay on occasion.
Tipping culture isn't the norm where I live. Here, people get a fair wage most of the time. So tips are either for good work or just "I don't want to carry change, pls keep it" sentiment.
I wouldn't take it personally.
