The problem is I can't swim. Should I even bother going there? To the business trip?
People at my work don't know I can't swim. I need new bikini, right now I feel so helpless I don't know whether I should even bother buying them...
Just stay in the shallow part and chill there and if anyone say anything just say you are tired and you surprised yourself by even getting in the pool
Half of the people at a swimming pool never actually go into the pool. Just sit on the edge of the pool and dangle your legs into the water.

I'd go.
If you have friends at work you are comfortable being vulnerable with, confide in them you can't swim.
But you can always sit on the poolside and watch the mountains. Or sit in a jaccuzi or something that doesn't require swimming skills.
Just tell the lifeguard you can't swim and make sure you stay safe.
But enjoy! These trips also double as team bonding experiences, and often you'd feel othered back in the office if you don't go.
Plus, if the biz is paying for some or all of it, take advantage!
you don't necessarily have to swim.
just stay in the shallow end and enjoy the water
