My diabetes kit bag, gym kit, snacks, lunch if not getting it out that day. Some reading material, other medications, not that we don't have a ton of meds in the store at work, but we're not meant to help ourselves to that lolI already keep some stuff at work so I don't have to carry it back and forth, like a spare set of ear buds phone charger, change of clothes incase of an accident in the lab, comfortable shoes to wear around the office and lab, a years supply of coffee beans 😂
With working from home, I have everything I need, but when I did go onsite. I always had two coffee cups, my lunch and an energy drink just in case. I always had wipes and snacks in my desk.
I bring my lunch/food and emergency snacks, water, sometimes a coffee, extra set of shoes and socks, extra scrubs, and other time depending on what I need.
