That depends on a lot of things. I can't give my best advice because I am not sure where you are referring to working. I am guessing you are referring to a job. In that case, there are some general things that would make you a "smart" working.

One, listen to those that are your superiors. Any advice, information or tasks should be noted and completed within a reasonable timeframe. Make sure you pay attention to details. If you don't know what is expected, ask.

Being courteous and kind to coworkers goes a long way. It also allows you to build interpersonal relationships at work that can benefit you and your coworkers. They will be more inclined to help or pitch in when necessary.

Again, these are very general as I don't know what you do or what industry you work in. There are also so many more things to work smart. I hope this helps even a little.

Completely finish task without error. Use your sense or investigate a Need to complete something else. ASK, before going hog wild and becoming one of those that require constant supervision BECAUSE what next is she going to do…. Good luck 🍀
