I just found out I failed physics and well I feel like complete shxt and don't feel smart. I'm starting to feel myself slowly falling back into the dark hole I thought i escaped. Please offer me study tips and words of encouragement to not give up and stop comparing myself to my classmates. I feel so low rn. I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

How do you learn? When I was in college I struggled with exams. That is until I learned how I learn best. This is how you find out what kind of a learner you are. With that knowledge you will know how best to study so that you learn it the first time.

I do not know if you are in high school or college. You need to really be honest with yourself about this. Did you put in the effort? If you did than you need to find a different study method.
Do not get yourself into the mindset that you are not smart enough. You will take the course over again and fix whatever went wrong.

It's just one class. Plenty of people fail classes and still do well. If you take it again then you'll have most of the information anyway.

Ask help from that person who can explain things easily.

You can watch YouTube videos too. There are so many quality contents.
