Am facing a couple of issues at my new work? I am a graduate, started working as an intern if my performance is good theyll hire me full time? m?

1. I got a new senior associate that i have to work with and she acts like my manager buy she's not and she's doesn't wanna learn from cause am an intern and i hate her and dont like her but its a workplace and my job is temporary and i have to be nice to everyone so *how do you deal with someone you dont like and hard to work with?*
2. Since am an intern even though am doing a very good job they all are considering me as some replacement or temporary option or intern or not taking me seriously *how to change the way they think or how to change the mindset i am in?*

1. For 1st, it's a work place so either you like that person or not it doesn't matter and you have to cooperate with that person at the end of the day... So try to be respectful with that person and only interact with that person when it's required.
2. For 2nd, although they are not talking you seriously, still stick with your morals and prove them that they are wrong...
