Lol, I interviewed someone your age once.

He left the interview because he wasn't comfortable being interviewed by young women. He had been the top candidate until that point, but when he showed how egotistical he was, it was clear to us he wouldn't be able to manage being on the team.

His boss was going to be a woman younger than him.

It was a relief he selected out. We ended up with a much better hire.

I'll work on your team... I'm actually 53 but I had no issue with the several younger female bosses I've had over the years. The youngest was 13 years younger (she was 24, I was 37) but she was making over five times as much. Others in the office made comments about me being her bitch but I just put my head down and focused on the task at hand.
