At what stage does HR generally send rejection emails in a recruitment process?

I am in a recruitment process with a good company and did my 2nd interview one week ago. They told me they will be seeing other candidates this week and let me know their decision. The company is very quick normally and my status is still in process on the company recruitment screen. When does hr send rejection emails? I want to know if it takes one week means I will be eligible for the final round of interviews cause, last year I made interviews with the same company and they send rejection email 3 days after my interview. They send rejections after they complete the process and hire the person or in the middle of the interviews?

I hate these bullshit multiple interview job applications. They should hire you or don't, and stop wasting your time. Jobs like that usually don't value their employees and expect you to act like they are saving your life, when in fact they need you.

Depends on work load and company policy. For my company, we let applicants know within a week.
