I am walking into a new position as a assistant site supervisor, soon. Do anyone have any advice of what should I do on the first day as a assistant site supervisor. Things I should and should not do. I am definitely so nervous is that normal. Should I have one to one meeting with each of the employees. Im so happy at the same time.

Any other tips and hints on things I should and not do? Should I get to know the other employees like in a meeting or individually, or let the site supervisor take care of that part if she or he want that to happen. Should I dress differently from the other employees like a button down dress shirt and dress and and dress shoes, and keep my boundaries be like be the leader and not there friend. Any advice would help.

Yes, because you need to understand the personality that you will be reporting too. And, you need to understand mindset and flow of those you will be managing. By far, as two business owner, it is the most important thing you will ever do in Management... If you want to survive.
