Hypothetical question: Job 1 or job 2?

Job 1: mid size company, American company. just started here 2 months ago, 30 minute drive, salary 95k

Job 2: one of the largest companies on the world, European company, 20 minute drive, salary $100k

More info is needed. Is the job and responsibilities the same for each? What about benefits? Travel requirements? Chance for advancement?

If all this is essentially the same between the two companies, I'd suggest Job 2. FYI, I've worked for a large European country for the past 25 years.

Vaccine maker/Gene therapy, very good salary, 40 minutes one-way. Another drug company 15 min away large too on gene therapy 10 minutes away. Go with the one 40 minutes away, right?
