Half the people on my team at work left/are leaving. I’m getting more work my way. What can I do about this?

Let your bosses know you are only one person. You can't handle all the extra work AND have the quality they are used to from you.

I don't know why they left. Some just wanted different location, another disliked my manager.
Staying because I have a contract til December.

"A contract" ? They may tell you that, but it's usually bullshit. If they can fire you at will, then you have no obligation to stay. If you can find something better, take it.

Anyway, if they are paying you by the hour, make sure you get paid for every hour you work. It's illegal for them to allow you to do unpaid work. Depending on the work and the location, they may have to pay overtime rates for work over 40 hours/week. So you don't have to do anything about it. Just keep doing what you've always done. The staff shortage is their problem, not yours.
