Is it normal that the team I’m in a work has lost 3 people in a month back in may now 4 of us are looking to leave for other areas as well?

It's not unheard of. Do you know the reason for it? You said they left. Did they leave on their own or get fired?

Some companies have a big turnover, especially low paying minimum wage type jobs. Like do the work conditions or pay suck?

I worked at one company where large numbers of people got fired. We got a phone number list once every three months. I counted one time and they lost a quarter of the people in three months. I know that most of them got fired. It's not that they were super strict or anything. It's just that they had some VERY strange ideas that were very different than most companies. It was just about impossible to know what might get you fired.

My manager, I have asked other manager to move into there team but no luck yet, guess I need to ride this out until I can get into another areas.

I backed away from Wall Street…it’s hard to do that snd have a heart. I’m in financials too but hard assets. And it’s global. Favorite spot is America and also developing nations where like large houses and mixed use space 4 1/1 on top and like “apple store or Business on bottom” goes for 70,000 USD. 40,000 for 4/2 property. Buy 8 in USA. Flip inside, rent double kinds of things. 100-150 % Returns with 7 year window to Zero out on all Expense. Have a few friends of the big ones just getting started too. Many of these areas do not have real estate agents so training in that capacity is required and “builder guys” opinions too. None of your negative 💩. Goals are clear. Numbers to hit are clear. Money to trickle down is clear…. Much more fun than constantly Wall Street dead and that vibe.

Even Risk Management…that’s what I do but on front end …Growth and Manage. Midsized to Starters rather than all Equity Gunds and REITs 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

Very common actually especially if the team members leaving are very close and cliquey.

It happens. Employee turn over is a thing. Word gets around about how something is horribly ran and people think the grass is greener at another job
