I have job interviews in other companies coming up soon so I’m needing to start thinking about my reason to leave my current position. Over the weeks I’ve noticed the company has a leaking roof/ mould, bathrooms with missing tiles and haven’t been decorated in many years, computers were outdated and also the blinds are broken/missing.

Manager started a rule where you had to ask to go the bathroom and we only had 1 30mins break a day for an almost 9hour shift
