How to Explain Reason for Leaving Current Employer?

I’m not too happy with my current employer, who I’ve only been with for a short period of time. I don’t feel as though the environment and management style is what I want in the long run.

I’ve been contemplating on looking for a job again, but, how can I answer the question of the reason for leaving my current and very new employer with the situation that I have, in a not so negative way that’d appear as a red flag?

A reason such as "I'm looking for something that I am a better fit for" should be innocent enough.
