What is a good reason to tell a recruiter when they ask you the reason why you’re leaving your current employer for them?

I work for a multi billion dollar company that is highly reputable in the aerospace industry, it’s a great company but the people I work with; unfortunately are insufferable. This has ultimately led to me deciding it’s time to leave and seek employment elsewhere.

I already know that the question will be asked in interviews due to the fact that I work for one of the oldest companies in the industry for another.

What is a good reason to tell a recruiter when they ask you the reason why you’re leaving your current employer for them?
