How do you decide to leave a job?

i feel like i have to stay for my new boss
i hate my job i want to leave it.

but i feel i have to stay as i have been there six years & my new boss says she is glad that i decided to stay as i had my two weeks noticed in before she started but i changed my mind.

We are all gonna die one day, so don't worry. Unless you have children to feed now, I guess there is not much that keeps you at that job. I assume you have some savings too. Maybe other people in your life you can rely on for money.

Because staying somewhere that makes you unhappy sounds like wasting your life, but with extra misery. 😕
