Do you prefer working on a team or doing it solo?

that depends on the task...

what matters to me is to get it done right more than everything else, and then, to do it efficiently so, you could either go solo or with a team and then I'll do what it takes

some things, I enjoy working on them alone, first because I can afford and second because I like to do it my way at my pace and I think you can have some fixations about these things, lol... but I truly enjoy it

other times, are much better when you work as a team, which is also I like a lot as well... that's why I went into sports in the first place and that's why I'm still into sports... lol

if I had to pick... I would much rather be in good company and being part of a team

I enjoy being part of a team. I played organized baseball throughout my school years, and as an engineer I was often a part of a workgroup. Later, as senior engineer, I'd head the group.

As long as everyone on the team knows their role, things will go smoothly.

Hmm… depends. Sometimes you need more than one mind. My sisters husband once said (we were out eating at a restaurant and he had been silent listening to our twisting conversation) “between my mother, sister and I we could do anything”. We all skipped a few beats and then laughed.

I do like solo too though. I’m stubborn enough.
